1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ci444 platform — including the website at https://ci444.io, any associated mobile-optimised pages, or any service made available through those platforms — you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the ci444 platform and, if you have registered an account, you must notify ci444 in writing to request account closure before making any further transactions.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To be eligible to open and maintain a ci444 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ci444 strictly enforces this age limit and will request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended ci444 account. Only one account per person is permitted under any circumstances.
• You have provided accurate, complete and truthful personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, phone number, and preferred payment method details.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register maintained by ci444 or any associated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of any ci444 staff member.

ci444 reserves the right to require identity verification ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) at any stage of the account lifecycle. This may include, but is not limited to, copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by ci444 may result in temporary suspension of the account and withholding of pending withdrawals.

ci444 reserves the right to decline any application for account registration at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ci444 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances.

All transactions, bets and activities conducted through your account while you are logged in — or while access is obtained using your credentials — are deemed to have been authorised by you. ci444 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

• You must notify ci444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your ci444 account, including family members or friends.
• ci444 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to add an additional layer of security.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with the ci444 platform.

ci444 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending a security review. During any such review, access to funds may be temporarily restricted until the review is concluded.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

ci444 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players based in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other participating institutions

All account balances and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ci444 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed within the Wallet section of your account.

ci444 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are entirely the responsibility of the player.

ci444 does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source may be frozen pending investigation, and the account may be suspended. ci444 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities where legally required.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are subject to ci444's internal compliance review. Standard withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours from the time of request approval, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any active account review.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ci444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

General bonus rules applicable to all ci444 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Free bets and free spins are credited in the form stated in the promotion and are subject to separate usage conditions and expiry periods.
• ci444 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where legally prohibited.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts, use of automated wagering patterns, or collusion with other players — will have their bonus balances forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses are offered to players for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on ci444 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, which are available within the Sports Betting section of the platform. General rules applicable to all bets include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ci444 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for any player at any time without being required to provide a reason.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in the display of manifestly incorrect odds (such as odds that are clearly the result of a system error), ci444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced — unless in-play betting is explicitly offered for that market — will be voided and stakes returned.
• For cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, specific match-result and score rules apply. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within the period specified in the market rules, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules displayed on the platform.
• Casino games are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, etc.). ci444 does not modify the mathematical parameters of any certified game.
• In the event of a disconnect during a live casino session, the game round will be resolved according to the game provider's server records, which are final.

ci444 maintains the right to void, cancel or settle bets differently from the displayed outcome if evidence of match manipulation, data feed error, or any form of irregular activity is identified. Such decisions are final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ci444 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Using automated software, artificial intelligence tools, bots, scripts, scrapers or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or mispricings that are clearly unintentional on the part of ci444.
• Attempting to access another player's account or ci444's back-end systems without authorisation.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider after receiving services from ci444.

ci444 actively monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ci444 will take all steps necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, including co-operating fully with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions.

8 Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

ci444 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your ci444 account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

ci444 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any account holder found to be under the age of 21 will have their account closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ci444 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of ci444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ci444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, rent, sub-license, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any ci444 content without prior written authorisation from ci444.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical interruptions, platform downtime or communication failures.

ci444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's ci444 account at the time the liability arises.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

ci444 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the ci444 Privacy Policy.

13 Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English language version is the legally governing version. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail.

ci444 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. In the first instance, all complaints should be directed to the ci444 Customer Support team at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 working days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to ci444's compliance team. ci444's final written decision on any dispute will be communicated within 28 days of receiving the escalation. ci444's decisions on all technical matters, including bet settlement and account activity, are final and binding unless demonstrable error is proven.
